NW Media Tour Update

Hi everyone,

I’ve been staying busy on my media tour across the Northwest and wanted to take the time to update all of you on how things are going.  Let's just say it’s been an amazing ride!  I’ve had many great opportunities to meet some of the nicest people, share my music, and learn a lot.

As you may already know, I recorded the first three songs for my debut album at Blackbird Studio (John and Martina McBride’s studio) in Nashville, TN this past January with Grammy winning producer, David Hall.  I then flew to Utah and premiered my debut single, “True Love”, at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City.  Right after that, I started a media tour across the Northwest to promote my single and upcoming album to TV and radio.  I’ve traveled through some beautiful areas of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Utah.  You can see some photos of the places I’ve been so far on my website Photos Page with extra behind the scenes photos and videos on my Fan Club Page.  It’s free to join, just click HERE to sign up and get a password to access the page.

One of the best things about this tour has been the opportunity to meet people and make new friends.  I’ve also had the privilege of participating in the Penguin Plunge in Boise, ID to raise money for the Special Olympics and the honor of singing the National Anthem in front of more than a thousand people at the Western Hunting and Conservation Expo in Salt Lake City, UT.  I won’t forget these experiences and will be returning to both events next year!

Another humbling thing about this tour has been the opportunity to hear what fans think of my music.  I realize many other people connect and relate to my songs and it’s encouraging to know that my music may even help them in some way.  Basically, the first three songs you can hear from my album if you pre-order it now are “True Love”, “Walking Away” and “I’ve Been There”.  “True Love” is the single that has been released to radio.   I wrote it to remind myself of what I know love to be, despite feeling heartbreak.  I didn’t want to become jaded and negative, that’s just not who I am.  I hope others hear it and are reminded of the good things associated with love despite any heartbreaks they’ve dealt with too.  I hope “Walking Away” inspires people to move on from negative things in their life that are hurting them or preventing their happiness.  “I’ve Been There” was written after a devastating fire destroyed much of my home ranch.  It was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with but in the end, after pushing through despite the feeling of hopelessness, and with help from true friends in our community, my family rebuilt and I am a stronger person because of the experience.  I want this song to inspire others to get back up no matter how hard it seems, to hold on and push through the tears because when you look back after all the hard work you’ll see you’re capable of incredible things.  If you haven’t heard these three songs yet, you can get the downloads when you pre-order the album on my web store HERE.  I’m really excited for you to hear the other songs when the album is finished!  Anyone who pre-orders the album will get the remaining songs before the album is released to everyone else in April.

I’ll be heading back to Nashville to finish recording the rest of the album soon.  Keep an eye on the schedule on my Tour Page and facebook for upcoming shows in your area.  I can’t wait to return to the places I’ve been and see the friends I’ve made again as well as see new places and meet new people!  I do miss my family and the ranch at times but love sharing my music.  I’m grateful for all the support and can’t thank you enough.  The most important thing you can do to help me is to simply tell your friends about me and encourage them to order my album and request my single on the radio.  I have a list of stations on my facebook Notes Page and will add more as I go.  I’m working hard to create the best quality album I can so I know anyone who takes the time to buy it won’t be disappointed.

I’m going to start a blog on my website this week where I can post more updates like this and stay in touch.  I feel like I’ve learned some valuable lessons growing up and working on my ranch that I want to share through my music.  Country living has taught me many things including the value of family, love, good morals and ethics, taking pride in your work, and working hard and having passion for what you do.  I think the country lifestyle is a state of mind, no matter where you live.

Shoot me a message on facebook or to info@chasecountry.com any time you want, I love hearing from you!

Keep it Chase Country!
